and Professional Banking Group. The

Essential Job Functions Include:
• Support lending staff in the various
phases of deposit and loan generation.
• Prepare bank documents for loan
closings.
• Coordinate loan closings with bank’s
attorneys.
• Assist borrowing and deposit clients
with problem resolution.
• Serving as the “point person” for the
bank’s largest deposit/loan clients
Job
Requirements:
• Seven to Ten years of banking
experience.
• Thorough understanding of loan
documents and loan structure.
• Proficient in the use of loan document
generation software, i.e. Laser-Pro.
• Must be proficient in all facets of
documenting loans of various types, and
be thoroughly familiar with all current
compliance regulations.
• Knowledgeable of deposit products and
documentation.
• Able to work at a high level in a team
oriented setting that is performance
focused.
• Possess decision making skills and
feel comfortable in a roll that
sometimes requires application of those
skills in discharging position
responsibilities.
• Must be service oriented with a “can
do” mentality and willing to go above
and beyond what is routinely expected to
provide a level of quality service that
distinguishes Metairie Bank from the
rest of the market.
• Must project a professional appearance
and be thoroughly proficient in
telephone skills.
• Must be committed to “finding ways to
make a difference."
