BI-LINGUAL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide service and support for customers over the phone dealing with requests that are both routine in nature and some that require extensive research and use of problem solving skills to identify and resolve issues with payment systems, mobile banking, internet banking, and other transaction or account related situations for members. The primary role for this position is to manage the incoming call queue with other representatives, take incoming calls, enter customer contact notes, use problem solving skills and provide solutions that meet the best needs of the customers and the bank.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Read, Write, and Speak fluent Spanish

• Handle high volume incoming calls from customers and vendors.

• Research solutions to customer issues, and escalate the call to the appropriate department when the issue exceeds position authority.

• Provide excellent customer service and develop customer relationships.

• Reset passwords, challenge questions, and PINs for customers using Electronic Banking procedures and policy.

• Setup online and telephone banking for new and existing customers.

• Review and analyze reports

• Monitor and test bank systems for quality control

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

SKILLS & ABILITIES


• Read, Write, and Speak fluent Spanish

• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Proven organizational and facilitation skills.

• Demonstrated expertise in oral and written communications.

COMPLIANCE OFFICER

POSITION SUMMARY
Provides administration to oversee the compliance of laws and regulations as they apply to the financial institution. Responsible for the development, implementation and on-going refinement of strategies for effective compliance, and privacy programs. Serves as CRA Officer, Fair Lending Officer, & Privacy Officer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Develops, implements and maintains comprehensive compliance program tools.

• Develops and monitors implementation of compliance policies and procedures

•  Ensures that the Bank’s compliance program meets regulatory requirements while enhancing organizational performance

• Oversees the development of corporate compliance policies and procedures; ensures policies accurately and effectively communicate legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements and meet internal policies and procedures and periodically reviews and initiates needed updates

• Develops, administers and monitors programs that ensure the financial institution’s compliance with laws, regulations and rules governing operations and product offerings

• Researches federal and state banking laws and regulations, reviews the financial institution’s policies and procedures, and ensures financial institution compliance with laws and regulations

• Provides financial institution management with information to accurately determine the institution’s extent of compliance

• Schedules meetings with departments and supervisors, as necessary, to provide information on compliance changes that affect them

• Is responsible for reporting on status of compliance program to the Board of  Directors on a quarterly basis

• Responsible for preparing, delivering and/or coordinating compliance training.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related field. Five-plus years of increasing responsibility and work experience in compliance field. Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge of all pertinent regulatory requirements and compliance program elements.

• Proven organizational and facilitation skills.

• Proficient in use of LaserPro, Microsoft Office Suite and other automated tools.

• Demonstrated expertise in oral and written communications.

• Demonstrated expertise in analysis and decision support.

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to speak to small and large groups in public setting.

• Ability to work independently
