We are an SBA Approved lender and are accepting applications for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans. Learn more about PPP loans, which were recently authorized by the enactment of the CARE Act in response to the COVID-19 crises. *Please be advised that the applications and supporting documentation must be uploaded using the link below. Incomplete applications and missing supporting documents will delay the loan process.  We are currently accepting applications for Metairie Bank Customers and Local Businesses. Business will be required to open a Business Account with Metairie Bank.  If you are located out of the state of Louisiana, please submit your application at a participating bank in your area.

Start the Paycheck Protection Program Loan Process Today

If you would like to apply, please complete the application and call or email your Metairie Bank lending officer. For assistance, contact Customer Service at (504) 834-6330 or customerservice@metairiebank.com. For your protection, please note that email is not a secure method of communication. Please do not submit account numbers, social security numbers, or other confidential information via standard, un-encrypted email
You may also apply online by uploading your documents. You will receive a confirmation email from ShareFile when we receive your documents, check your Inbox and Spam.

We will process your application as quickly as possible, but because this program is new and remains very fluid (the SBA is making frequent system modifications), we cannot be certain of the time it will take to successfully complete the process.  Know that we are aware of the importance of securing this funding as quickly as possible for the vast number of businesses affected, and will work diligently to serve that purpose.  We will process applications for our existing customers first.

Also be aware that there is a separate Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program available directly through the SBA (not through Metairie Bank). Learn More.

You cannot use proceeds from the EIDL and the PPP loans for the same purpose – as the PPP is geared to cover payroll, rent (or mortgage interest) and utilities, EIDL proceeds would be used for other purposes.
