POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the commercial lending department in administration work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Process Business and Professional client loans.
  • Analyze commitment letters, bord approvals and lender approvals to produce Laser Pro documents and ensure lender provides necessary documents to process the loan request.
  • Coordinate the delivering of loan packages to Loan Operations and assist with any additional information required and upload loan files after closing and prior to bringing loan package to Loan Operations.
  • Process wires and transfers.
  • Work RIP/PEP

Education and Experience 

    • Minimum of three years banking/commercial lending experience including LaserPro.
    • Knowledge of various loan documents to be used when processing loans.
    • Understanding of commercial lending guidelines.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and work closely with various bank employees, including upper management.
    • Exceptional analytical skills, interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills.
