COVID-19 Update: Beginning Monday, June 8th, all lobbies will re-open with new measures to protect customers and employees. Masks are required to enter all of our lobbies.  On Saturdays only selected lobbies will be available, and by Appointment Only. We have installed plastic shields and distance markers for separation, and new cleaning protocols have been set for your protection. Under Phase 2 Guidelines outlined by the state of Louisiana, lobbies will have limited capacities that vary by location size. SCAM ALERT: We have received calls from customers stating a Representative of Metairie Bank is asking to verify information and transactions because their account has been compromised. These calls come from a Metairie Bank number, however, the callback number is 1-806-848-4800 (not a Metairie Bank number). Customers received texts as well. Please do not give out personal information on calls or texts like this that may seem suspicious. If you have any questions, contact customer service.
