Frequently Asked Questions

  • I already have the mobile app, how do I update?

    On July 26, 2017, the update will be released to the app stores.  Depending on your device settings, you may automatically be updated or you may get a notification to update within your app store.

  • Will I have to re-enroll my device?

    When you update, you will sign in with your username and password.  You may be asked to re-authenticate your device.  This means you will be prompted to answer 3-5 questions related to your public records.

  • Will I have to set up my Passcode or Touch ID again?

    Yes.  When you update the app, you can set up your Passcode or Touch ID login by tapping on “More,” then “Settings.”
